If the student, in a game with multiple choice questions and extra lives (indicated by hearts), quickly clicked on 2 different wrong answers, there was a bug in the copying when that question would be added as an extra question at the end. One of the two incorrect answers was already marked off as incorrect when it was displayed. However, this did not make the student fail the round, but rather made it easier for the student to click on the correct answer, since one of the incorrect answers was already gone.
Anyway, this is now fixed so that the student really gets a chance to redo the question with the same conditions as the first time (when the student clicked the wrong answers).
