Master fundamental biology concepts including cell structure, genetics, evolution, ecosystems, and biochemistry through interactive vocabulary practice.
Instructions for Cells, Genes and Molecules
The game is designed to help students reinforce and apply key biology concepts, such as cell structure, genetics, ecosystems, and evolution. Players aim to correctly answer questions, solve challenges, or complete tasks to progress and earn points, encouraging active learning and critical thinking.
1. Core Biology Concepts (Multiple choice)
Multiple choice - The level consists of 20 questions, but a maximum of 10 questions are practiced per game round. For each question, the player is given two or three possible answers, only one of which is correct. It is up to the player to choose the correct option. The student has 3 hearts (extra lives) that keep the game round going. Questions have text-to-speech in English. Answers have text-to-speech in English. There is no time limit. When the student has selected all the correct answers, the game round is completed. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button labeled Cancel - then the correct answers will be displayed - and try to complete the level again.2. The player's task is to link the 10 questions in the colored boxes with the most appropriate answers in the white boxes. Each colored box can only be linked to one white box and vice versa. Each completed game level in Cells, Genes and Molecules gives 1 knowledge points. You can collect a maximum of 6 knowledge points by completing all 6 levels.
In the game Cells, Genes and Molecules, you can earn a total of 18 medals. Medals are awarded based on how many times you have completed a level:
- Bronze medal: after completing 2 rounds.
- Silver medal: after completing 5 rounds.
- Gold medal: after completing 10 rounds.
