You have the right to cancel a purchase of a plus membership within 14 days of the order date, provided that the activation code has not been used. Follow the link in your order confirmation or receipt email from Helpful Games. The link takes you to a page where you can confirm your cancellation.
Conditions for cancellation
- The cancellation must be made within 14 days of the order date.
- The plus membership must not have been activated.
Refunds
Invoice orders are cancelled immediately. If you have already received an invoice, you do not need to pay it. If you have received an invoice and your payment has already been processed, please contact us to arrange a refund.
PayPal orders are refunded manually upon request. We will handle your request and refund the amount to your PayPal account within 10 business days.
A confirmation will be sent to your email address once the cancellation has been processed.
