Delete results for a single game
If you have played a game, you can delete your result directly from the game page.
- Go to the game where you want to delete your result
- Click the “Delete game results” button (located to the right of the “Share” button)
- Confirm that you want to delete the result
Note: The “Delete game results” button only appears if you have previously played that game.
Delete all your results
If you play without being logged in
You can delete all your saved results yourself:
- Go to Your results
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Click the “Delete all results” button
- Confirm that you want to delete all your results
If you are logged in as a student
As a logged-in student, you cannot delete all your results yourself, but must do it for each game individually (see how above). This is to protect your saved progress.
Need to delete all your results? Contact your teacher and ask for help. Your teacher can reset all your results for you.
Information for teachers
As a teacher, you can reset a student’s results:
- Log in to Helpful Games as a teacher.
- Go to “Students“
- Select the group where the student is located
- Click on the student’s name
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Click the “Reset results” button
Important: This deletes all of the student’s results for all games. Always check with the student before doing this, as it is rarely what the student wants.
