If you no longer want to be a member of Helpful Games, you can delete your account yourself. If you have created student accounts, assignments or public games, these will also be deleted when your account is deleted. Note that this means that your students will lose all their earned knowledge points and medals, and will not be able to login at Helpfulgames anymore.
We recommend you to transfer your students to another teacher or parent if the student wishes to continue collecting knowledge points and medals!
The deletion of your account can’t be undone.
If you are a student, ask your teacher or parent to delete your account. You can not delete your student account yourself.
You will find the feature to delete your account on the settings page when you log in.
- Log in as the user you want to delete.
- Click Settings.
- Click the Delete my account button.
- Make sure it is the correct e-mail address before pressing the delete button.
Please note that you must confirm the deletion via e-mail. If you do not have access to your e-mail address, you must change your e-mail address before proceeding with the deletion.
